Brand Marketing Manager (Consumer Goods)

You'll plan, post and measure campaigns for an online retail store in Worcester. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

You'll report in Worcester. Relocation is not covered for this one. The first two weeks are spent shadowing someone experienced.

• Brief photographers, printers and agencies and check proofs.
• Build email campaigns and segment lists on a CRM such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Run keyword research and on-page SEO fixes on the website.
• Plan a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Handle opt-ins and unsubscribes so the lists stay POPIA compliant.
• Design posts and short videos in Canva or Adobe tools.

• Hands-on with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
• A diploma or degree in marketing, communications or digital media
• Good written English with sharp proofreading
• Comfortable juggling several deadlines in a week
• You can read a dashboard and explain what the numbers mean

• Knowledge of the ASA advertising code
• Google Ads or GA4 certification
