Digital Marketing Coordinator (E-commerce)

You'll plan, post and measure campaigns for an online retail store in Somerset West. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

This post is Somerset West-based, with most of your time spent at an online retail store. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Write captions, blogs and product copy in a clear local voice.
• Reply to comments and DMs, and pass sales enquiries to the right person.
• Build email campaigns and segment lists on a CRM such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Track leads, sales and cost per result in GA4 and ad dashboards.
• Handle opt-ins and unsubscribes so the lists stay POPIA compliant.
• Run keyword research and on-page SEO fixes on the website.
• Set up and tweak Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns within budget.

• At least 2 years of hands-on social or digital marketing
• You can read a dashboard and explain what the numbers mean
• Good written English with sharp proofreading
• A diploma or degree in marketing, communications or digital media

• Knowledge of the ASA advertising code
• WordPress or Shopify experience
