Brand Promoter (In-Store Demos)

Shelves sell the product, and at this personal care brand you'll keep them full, neat and priced right. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

Home base is a personal care brand on the Bethlehem side of Free State. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

• Visit 8 to 15 outlets a day on a planned call cycle.
• Log kilometres and fuel slips for the monthly claim.
• Track competitor pricing and new products in your area.
• Take orders from store managers and spaza owners on the sales app.
• Check shelf prices against the promo list and fix wrong tickets.
• Run in-store tastings and demos on month-end weekends.
• Collect cash or EFT proof on van sales and bank daily.

• Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
• Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
• Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting
• You can work to daily and monthly volume targets

• Your own reliable car for a car-allowance position
• Existing relationships with independent retailers

• Company vehicle or car allowance plus petrol card
• Branded uniform and safety boots
• Product samples and staff pricing
• Cellphone and data allowance

• Bring numbers: cases sold per month, new outlets opened or growth percentages on your route.
• Name the areas you know and the store types you have serviced (supermarket chains, independents, spazas) in your CV summary.
