Brand Promoter (In-Store Demos)

You'll cover a route of stores around Bloemfontein, selling in stock and fixing shelves as you go. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

Home base is a personal care brand on the Bloemfontein side of Free State. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Collect cash or EFT proof on van sales and bank daily.
• Pack shelves, rotate stock and remove damaged or expired lines.
• Track competitor pricing and new products in your area.
• Send your manager a daily report with volumes against target.
• Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
• Check shelf prices against the promo list and fix wrong tickets.

• Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting
• 1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
• Matric
• Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
• You can work to daily and monthly volume targets
• A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles

• Company vehicle or car allowance plus petrol card
• Branded uniform and safety boots
• Cellphone and data allowance
• Product samples and staff pricing

• Bring numbers: cases sold per month, new outlets opened or growth percentages on your route.
• Name the areas you know and the store types you have serviced (supermarket chains, independents, spazas) in your CV summary.
