Brand Promoter (In-Store Demos)

You'll cover a route of stores around Sandton, selling in stock and fixing shelves as you go. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

Home base is a dairy producer on the Sandton side of Gauteng. The first two weeks are spent shadowing someone experienced.

• Log kilometres and fuel slips for the monthly claim.
• Set up promotional displays and check planogram compliance with photos.
• Visit 8 to 15 outlets a day on a planned call cycle.
• Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
• Collect cash or EFT proof on van sales and bank daily.
• Check shelf prices against the promo list and fix wrong tickets.
• Take orders from store managers and spaza owners on the sales app.

• 1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
• Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
• A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
• Matric

• Your own reliable car for a car-allowance position
• A sales or marketing certificate
• Existing relationships with independent retailers

• Monthly commission on volume and new accounts
• Cellphone and data allowance
• Company vehicle or car allowance plus petrol card

• Bring numbers: cases sold per month, new outlets opened or growth percentages on your route.
• Recruiters check your licence first, so attach a clear certified copy and note any clean driving record.
