Cleaning Team Leader (Office Park)

Early starts, clear routines and a steady contract at a shopping centre in Montague Gardens. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

The work is in Montague Gardens, Western Cape, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors following the daily cleaning schedule
• Report broken fittings, leaks or empty stock to the site supervisor
• Clean the kitchenette, wash cups and wipe down the fridge and microwave
• Clean and disinfect toilets, basins and urinals several times a shift
• Sign the ablution checklist on the back of the door after each clean

• Grade 10 or higher
• Comfortable using cleaning chemicals safely with gloves
• Clean criminal record for most corporate sites
• Able to stand, bend and walk for a full shift
• Honest, because you work around laptops and personal items
• You take pride in a job done properly, even when nobody checks

• Tea service or kitchen experience
• Previous contract cleaning experience with a reference

• Permanent contract once the site contract is secured
• Uniform and cleaning gloves provided
• UIF and paid leave under the cleaning sector rules
• Paid overtime for weekend deep cleans
