Location: Hammarsdale, KwaZulu-Natal. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Handle breakdowns calmly and keep passengers safe until help arrives
• Check passenger tickets, tags or staff cards when boarding
• Write the trip log with times, kilometres and fuel
• Count passengers and make sure nobody stands beyond the limit
• Keep the bus clean inside and report any damage
• Pick up and drop off schoolchildren only at approved points
• Drive fixed routes and keep to the timetable

• Clean driving and criminal record
• At least 3 years of bus or taxi driving
• Medically fit
• Valid PrDP for passengers (P)

• Split-shift allowance on staff transport routes
• Company uniform
• Paid passenger PrDP renewal
