Job Description

Steady shift work with a mine shift transport service in Pretoria East for drivers with a passenger PrDP. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

The site is in Pretoria East; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

The work, day to day

Count passengers and make sure nobody stands beyond the limit
Pick up and drop off schoolchildren only at approved points
Give tourists a friendly welcome and help with luggage on charters
Write the trip log with times, kilometres and fuel
Keep the bus clean inside and report any damage
Inspect the bus before each trip: tyres, brakes, doors, emergency exits

What you need

Clean driving and criminal record
At least 3 years of bus or taxi driving
Valid PrDP for passengers (P)
Medically fit
