Job Description

You'll run local delivery routes around Komani for a beverage wholesaler, dropping 10 to 20 stops a day. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

You'll report in Komani. Relocation is not covered for this one. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

What you'll actually do

Fill in the trip sheet with kilometres, fuel and stops
Get signed invoices back to the office at the end of each day
Check the load against invoices before signing it out
Manage your assistant on the truck and share the offloading
Plan your drop order with the dispatch clerk each morning

You'll need

Clean driving record
Honest with cash and customer goods
Valid Code 10 (C1) licence
Friendly and professional with customers
At least 2 years driving rigid trucks

Extra points for

Code 14 licence (a step up)
Experience on a sales-and-delivery route
Crane or HIAB operator certificate
