Job Description

Customers across Burgersfort wait on your truck, so a beverage wholesaler needs someone reliable behind the wheel. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

This post is Burgersfort-based, with most of your time spent at a beverage wholesaler.

Get signed invoices back to the office at the end of each day
Check the load against invoices before signing it out
Check the truck's oil, water, tyres and lights before leaving
Operate the truck-mounted crane to offload bricks or pallets
Keep empties and returns separate for credit

What you need

Friendly and professional with customers
Good knowledge of roads in and around the city
Valid Code 10 (C1) licence
At least 2 years driving rigid trucks
Honest with cash and customer goods

On offer

Home every night
Company-paid PrDP renewals
Delivery incentive per completed route
Overtime on month-end and peak days

How to apply for this job

Check you meet the must-haves first; recruiters filter on those before anything else.
Keep copies of these ready to send: Code 10 licence and PrDP card copies, ID copy and proof of residence plus references from delivery or distribution jobs.
Fill in the short form below with your name and a phone number you actually answer.
If you're shortlisted you'll hear from us within 10 working days, usually by phone.

Your application joins the How2Apply talent pool for this role, and we put shortlisted people forward to employers hiring in and around Burgersfort.

How2Apply never charges you to apply, for training, for uniforms or for a "placement fee". If anyone asks you for money, it is a scam.

Tips to get shortlisted

If your PrDP expires soon, renew it before applying. An expired PrDP is an automatic no.
Name the areas you know well. A driver who already knows the route saves the company money from day one.
