Job Description

You'll move heavy loads between Lephalale and depots across the country for a long-haul freight fleet. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

Location: Lephalale, Limpopo. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

What your day looks like

Log driving hours and take the required rest breaks
Keep the logbook and tachograph or telematics records up to date
Drive planned routes and stop only at approved truck stops
Keep the cab clean and report defects at the end of each trip
Report breakdowns, delays and incidents to the controller immediately
Follow hazchem rules, placards and emergency procedures on tanker loads

Must-haves

Clean criminal record
Clean driving record with no serious accidents
Medically fit, including eyesight
At least 3 years on Code 14 trucks
Valid Code 14 (EC) licence
