Job Description

You'll run local delivery routes around Kimberley for a frozen food distributor, dropping 10 to 20 stops a day. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.

The site is in Kimberley; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

What your day looks like

Deliver to shops, sites and homes on your route
Collect cash or cheques on COD deliveries and bank them correctly
Keep empties and returns separate for credit
Manage your assistant on the truck and share the offloading
Plan your drop order with the dispatch clerk each morning

You'll need

Clean driving record
Friendly and professional with customers
Honest with cash and customer goods
Good knowledge of roads in and around the city
At least 2 years driving rigid trucks
Valid Code 10 (C1) licence
