Job Description

You'll run local delivery routes around Cape Town CBD for a waste management contractor, dropping 10 to 20 stops a day. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

Home base is a waste management contractor on the Cape Town CBD side of Western Cape. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

The work, day to day

Fill in the trip sheet with kilometres, fuel and stops
Operate the truck-mounted crane to offload bricks or pallets
Manage your assistant on the truck and share the offloading
Collect cash or cheques on COD deliveries and bank them correctly
Check the load against invoices before signing it out

Must-haves

Friendly and professional with customers
Valid PrDP for goods (G)
Clean driving record
Valid Code 10 (C1) licence
