Job Description

You'll run local delivery routes around Roodepoort for a beverage wholesaler, dropping 10 to 20 stops a day. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

The work, day to day

Check the load against invoices before signing it out
Fill in the trip sheet with kilometres, fuel and stops
Manage your assistant on the truck and share the offloading
Collect cash or cheques on COD deliveries and bank them correctly
Keep empties and returns separate for credit

You'll need

Good knowledge of roads in and around the city
Valid Code 10 (C1) licence
Friendly and professional with customers
At least 2 years driving rigid trucks
Valid PrDP for goods (G)
