Job Description

Experienced Code 14 drivers are in short supply, and a cold-chain logistics fleet in Randburg is hiring. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

The work, day to day

Keep the logbook and tachograph or telematics records up to date
Deliver to customers and get proof-of-delivery signed and stamped
Check reefer temperatures and record them on cold-chain loads
Follow hazchem rules, placards and emergency procedures on tanker loads
Drive planned routes and stop only at approved truck stops

What you need

Medically fit, including eyesight
Clean driving record with no serious accidents
Passport for cross-border routes
Clean criminal record

Helpful, not essential

Experience on a specific trailer type (tanker, tipper, reefer)
Dangerous goods training certificate
