Job Description

The road is your office with a cold-chain logistics fleet based in Krugersdorp, and the load gets there because of you. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

This post is in Krugersdorp (Gauteng). Please only apply if you can travel there daily. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

The work, day to day

Report breakdowns, delays and incidents to the controller immediately
Deliver to customers and get proof-of-delivery signed and stamped
Carry out fuel stops with the fuel card and keep the slips
Check the load is secured, strapped or sealed before leaving the depot
Keep the logbook and tachograph or telematics records up to date

You'll need

Clean criminal record
Passport for cross-border routes
At least 3 years on Code 14 trucks
Clean driving record with no serious accidents
