Code 8 Courier Driver (Panel Van)

A clean Code 8 licence and good street sense will get you started at a courier depot in Boksburg. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

You'll report in Boksburg. Relocation is not covered for this one. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

• Scan parcels on delivery and take a photo or signature
• Follow the delivery app for route and stop order
• Return undelivered parcels to the depot with a reason code
• Keep your vehicle or bike clean and report faults
• Collect spares and parts from suppliers and bring them to the workshop
• Load parcels in route order from the depot scanning area
• Bank cheques, post documents and run office errands

• Smartphone and comfortable using delivery apps
• Polite with customers at the door
• Valid Code 8 (B) licence, or A licence for motorbike roles
• Clean driving record and no criminal record

• Your own reliable bakkie or bike for owner-driver contracts
• PrDP for staff shuttle posts

• Branded uniform and rain gear
• Per-drop incentive on busy days
• Company van, bakkie or scooter provided

• Say you have a smartphone and know delivery apps. Most courier jobs now run through an app and training time is short.
• For owner-driver jobs, list your vehicle's make, year and load size. They hire the vehicle as much as the driver.
