Job Description

Every parcel scanned, every drop confirmed: that is the job at a motor spares shop in Kempton Park. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

This post is in Kempton Park (Gauteng). Please only apply if you can travel there daily. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

What your day looks like

Fill up the vehicle and keep fuel slips for the logbook
Scan parcels on delivery and take a photo or signature
Phone customers when the address is hard to find
Collect spares and parts from suppliers and bring them to the workshop
Bank cheques, post documents and run office errands

Must-haves

Polite with customers at the door
Valid Code 8 (B) licence, or A licence for motorbike roles
Good sense of direction and map reading
At least 1 year of driving experience

Nice if you have

Knowledge of the city's industrial areas
Your own reliable bakkie or bike for owner-driver contracts
Previous courier or last-mile experience
