Code 8 Courier Driver (Panel Van)

You'll zip parcels, spares or documents around Sandton for an engineering firm, all day, all over town. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

You'll be based at an engineering firm in Sandton. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

• Load parcels in route order from the depot scanning area
• Keep your vehicle or bike clean and report faults
• Follow the delivery app for route and stop order
• Collect spares and parts from suppliers and bring them to the workshop
• Scan parcels on delivery and take a photo or signature
• Return undelivered parcels to the depot with a reason code

• Able to work Saturdays
• Valid Code 8 (B) licence, or A licence for motorbike roles
• At least 1 year of driving experience
• Polite with customers at the door

• Fuel card for work trips
• Company van, bakkie or scooter provided
• Per-drop incentive on busy days
• Branded uniform and rain gear

• For owner-driver jobs, list your vehicle's make, year and load size. They hire the vehicle as much as the driver.
• If you have a clean driving record, write "no accidents, no traffic fines" plainly. It is what recruiters look for.
