Job Description

Every parcel scanned, every drop confirmed: that is the job at an engineering firm in Durban Central. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.

You'll report in Durban Central. Relocation is not covered for this one. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

What your day looks like

Phone customers when the address is hard to find
Load parcels in route order from the depot scanning area
Deliver chronic medication to patients' homes and confirm ID
Fill up the vehicle and keep fuel slips for the logbook
Collect spares and parts from suppliers and bring them to the workshop

What you need

Smartphone and comfortable using delivery apps
Good sense of direction and map reading
Valid Code 8 (B) licence, or A licence for motorbike roles
Able to work Saturdays
At least 1 year of driving experience

Nice if you have

Your own reliable bakkie or bike for owner-driver contracts
Previous courier or last-mile experience
Knowledge of the city's industrial areas
