Code 8 Driver (Staff Shuttle)

A clean Code 8 licence and good street sense will get you started at a motor spares shop in George. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

The site is in George; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Keep your vehicle or bike clean and report faults
• Deliver chronic medication to patients' homes and confirm ID
• Collect spares and parts from suppliers and bring them to the workshop
• Bank cheques, post documents and run office errands
• Scan parcels on delivery and take a photo or signature
• Fill up the vehicle and keep fuel slips for the logbook
• Load parcels in route order from the depot scanning area

• Smartphone and comfortable using delivery apps
• Good sense of direction and map reading
• Clean driving record and no criminal record
• At least 1 year of driving experience
