You'll move property transfers from signed offer to registration at a property development law firm in Kuruman. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

This post is Kuruman-based, with most of your time spent at a property development law firm. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

• Apply for transfer duty receipts on SARS eFiling
• Fix Deeds Office rejection notes quickly and relodge
• Lodge documents at the Deeds Office and track them through examination
• Request rates clearance and levy clearance figures from councils and body corporates
• Update agents, banks and clients on file progress on the bank portal and by email
• Prepare deeds of transfer, powers of attorney and bond documents
• Open transfer files from signed offers to purchase and check the terms

• Organised enough to run 60 or more live files
• Admission as a conveyancer for conveyancer posts
• Experience on a conveyancing system such as GhostConvey, LegalSuite or AJS
• Matric, with a conveyancing course for secretary posts
• Knowledge of bank panel instruction portals and LAWtrust digital signing
• Clear, polite updates to anxious buyers and sellers

• Notarial bonds and servitudes
• Deeds Office lodgement runner experience in your city

• Paid conveyancing short courses
