Job Description

You'll find, win and grow business clients for a courier and freight company in George. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

The work is in George, Western Cape, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

What your day looks like

Log every lead, meeting and deal stage in the CRM.
Book and run discovery meetings with buyers and procurement managers.
Visit key accounts monthly and check how the service is going.
Negotiate contract terms, rentals and service-level agreements.
Prospect new companies by phone, LinkedIn and walk-ins in business parks.
Build quotes and proposals with correct pricing and margins.

What you need

Confident with Excel, Outlook and a CRM
Valid driver's licence and your own reliable car
Resilient enough to handle long sales cycles and rejection
You close deals, not just collect meetings
Solid presentation and negotiation skills
