Job Description

This business internet provider in Umhlanga wants someone who can open doors and keep accounts for years. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

Home base is a business internet provider on the Umhlanga side of KwaZulu-Natal. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

What your day looks like

Forecast monthly sales and report pipeline value each Monday.
Build quotes and proposals with correct pricing and margins.
Respond to RFQs and tenders with complete supplier packs, including B-BBEE certificates.
Chase overdue accounts with the credit department before they grow.
Visit key accounts monthly and check how the service is going.
Negotiate contract terms, rentals and service-level agreements.
Work with operations to hand over new clients smoothly.

What you need

Valid driver's licence and your own reliable car
2 or more years of business-to-business sales with a proven record
Matric plus a sales, marketing or technical qualification
Solid presentation and negotiation skills
You close deals, not just collect meetings

Nice if you have

An existing network of buyers in your sector
A technical trade or engineering background for sales engineer roles
