Job Description

Customers phone this international outsourcing contact centre in Pretoria West when something has gone wrong, and your job is to put it right. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

Home base is an international outsourcing contact centre on the Pretoria West side of Gauteng.

The work, day to day

Reply to emails and live chats within the service-level window.
Answer inbound calls within target and greet callers using the approved script.
Escalate complex complaints to a team leader with clear case notes.
Troubleshoot routers, fibre connections and app logins step by step.
Log every interaction and outcome in the CRM before taking the next call.
Handle callers with UK, US or Australian accents and time zones.

You'll need

Basic computer skills: Windows, email and working across a few screens
No criminal record, as most clients run a background check
Matric with a pass in English
You stay calm when a caller is angry
