Customer Service Clerk (Courier Depot)

Customers bring their problems to your counter at a mall cellular store in Pietermaritzburg, and leave with answers. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

The site is in Pietermaritzburg; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying.

• Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
• Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
• Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.
• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.

• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Retail or customer service experience of at least a year

• Speaking the main local language of your area
• RICA and cellular product knowledge
