Job Description

If you like people and hate long queues, this private clinic front desk in Paarl suits you. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

Home base is a private clinic front desk on the Paarl side of Western Cape.

The work, day to day

Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.
Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.
Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.

You'll need

Presentable and approachable with all kinds of customers
Accurate with cash and paperwork
Matric (Grade 12) certificate
Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
Good on a computer and point-of-sale system

Nice if you have

Medical scheme or insurance product knowledge
RICA and cellular product knowledge
