Data Capturer (Claims Processing) – Entry Level

Accurate data keeps a wholesale distribution centre in Sasolburg running, and that accuracy starts with you. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

You'll report in Sasolburg. Relocation is not covered for this one. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

• Check every captured record against the source document for errors.
• Shred and dispose of documents under the retention policy.
• Prepare simple Excel reports on volumes and backlogs.
• Scan and index files so they can be found by reference number.
• Match proofs of delivery to invoices and flag shortages.

• Basic Excel: sorting, filtering and simple formulas
• Careful with personal information and confidentiality
• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with good accuracy
• A matric pass, any subjects

• Office hours with overtime paid at the BCEA rate
• Close to public transport routes
• Training on the company system from day one
