• Check every captured record against the source document for errors.
• Update client records when addresses or banking details change.
• Match proofs of delivery to invoices and flag shortages.
• Prepare simple Excel reports on volumes and backlogs.
• Pull and file physical records in date or account-number order.

• A matric pass, any subjects
• Comfortable with overtime at month-end
• Six months of admin or capturing work, or a completed learnership
• You can concentrate on repetitive work for a full day
• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with good accuracy

• SAP, Sage or Pastel experience
• A Business Administration NQF Level 3 or 4 certificate
• Medical terminology or ICD-10 coding basics

• Office hours with overtime paid at the BCEA rate
• Close to public transport routes
• Contracts that often turn permanent for strong performers
