Job Description

Get hands-on support experience at a corporate head office in Worcester, from password resets to new laptop builds. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

You'll report in Worcester. Relocation is not covered for this one. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

What you'll actually do

Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users
Connect users remotely with a remote support tool to fix issues
Image, set up and hand over new laptops and desktops
Install and configure printers, scanners and docking stations
Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves
Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
Log, prioritise and update tickets on the service desk system

You'll need

Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
Patient and friendly with non-technical users
