Job Description

You'll load and offload trucks at a parcel sorting hub in Burgersfort so every delivery goes out full and correct. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

The work is in Burgersfort, Limpopo, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

What you'll actually do

Strap and secure loads so nothing shifts in transit
Sweep the bay and clear shrink-wrap after each loading
Assemble or place furniture where the customer asks
Offload containers by hand, counting cartons as they come off
Ride with the driver and carry goods into customers' premises
Check goods received against the delivery note and flag shorts

You'll need

No criminal record
Able to lift and carry heavy items all day
Willing to travel on routes that return late
Honest; you will be handling customer goods and cash-on-delivery slips
Grade 9 or higher and able to read a delivery note
Comfortable starting from 04:00 or working late loading shifts
