Email & CRM Marketing Executive

Good content and clean data both matter at this online retail store in Epping. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

You'll report in Epping. Relocation is not covered for this one. The first two weeks are spent shadowing someone experienced.

• Track leads, sales and cost per result in GA4 and ad dashboards.
• Set up and tweak Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns within budget.
• Plan a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Build email campaigns and segment lists on a CRM such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Brief photographers, printers and agencies and check proofs.
• Reply to comments and DMs, and pass sales enquiries to the right person.
• Handle opt-ins and unsubscribes so the lists stay POPIA compliant.

• Hands-on with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
• Good written English with sharp proofreading
• At least 2 years of hands-on social or digital marketing
• You can read a dashboard and explain what the numbers mean
• Comfortable juggling several deadlines in a week

• Photography skills for product shoots
• Knowledge of the ASA advertising code
• WordPress or Shopify experience
