Job Description

This digital agency in Germiston lives on online leads, and you'll keep them coming. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

Location: Germiston, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

What you'll actually do

Run keyword research and on-page SEO fixes on the website.
Plan a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Track leads, sales and cost per result in GA4 and ad dashboards.
Present a monthly results report with what to change next.
Write captions, blogs and product copy in a clear local voice.
Design posts and short videos in Canva or Adobe tools.
Set up and tweak Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns within budget.

You'll need

A diploma or degree in marketing, communications or digital media
A portfolio of campaigns, posts or sites you worked on
Hands-on with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
Comfortable juggling several deadlines in a week

Nice if you have

Photography skills for product shoots
Knowledge of the ASA advertising code
WordPress or Shopify experience
