Employee Wellness Coordinator

A good HR team runs on good admin, and this retail distribution centre in Mbombela needs yours. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

You'll report in Mbombela. Relocation is not covered for this one. The first two weeks are spent shadowing someone experienced.

• Enrol new staff on medical aid and retirement funds and process exits.
• Set up new staff files and check that all onboarding forms are signed.
• Book pre-employment medicals and qualification checks.
• Archive old records and follow the retention periods for HR files.
• Take minutes at hearings and HR meetings.
• Book training, track attendance and load results for the skills report.

• Willing to learn and follow HR procedures closely
• Neat, organised filing habits
• Friendly and approachable with staff at every level
• Good MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel
• Discreet with personal and medical information

• Minute-taking training
• Sage 300 People, PaySpace or another HR system

• Mentorship from a senior HR practitioner
• Monthly internship stipend for graduate roles
• Study support toward an HR qualification
