Estate Security Supervisor – Immediate Start

You'll run a shift of officers at a hospital complex in Johannesburg CBD, keeping posts covered and standards high. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

This post is Johannesburg CBD-based, with most of your time spent at a hospital complex. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

• Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
• Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries
• Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
• Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
• Meet the client weekly on security concerns
• Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records

• PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
• Matric, with a security management course a plus
• Firm with staff but fair and consistent

• Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app
• Own reliable vehicle
• Mining or hospital security experience

• Management training for growth to operations manager
