Security Site Supervisor (Grade B)

You'll run a shift of officers at a hospital complex in Kempton Park, keeping posts covered and standards high. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

This post is Kempton Park-based, with most of your time spent at a hospital complex.

• Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries
• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
• Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
• Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
• Meet the client weekly on security concerns
• Do surprise night visits to check posts

• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
• Matric, with a security management course a plus
• Available after hours for emergencies

• Labour relations or basic supervision course
• Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app
• Own reliable vehicle

• Company vehicle or car allowance on area roles

• Cellphone allowance
