Job Description

Officers look to you on every shift at a hospital complex in Middelburg (MP). People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

Location: Middelburg (MP), Mpumalanga. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

The work, day to day

Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
Do surprise night visits to check posts

You'll need

Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
