Job Description

A security company in Tzaneen wants a firm, fair supervisor for its retail portfolio. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

This post is in Tzaneen (Limpopo). Please only apply if you can travel there daily.

What your day looks like

Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
Do surprise night visits to check posts
Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries
Meet the client weekly on security concerns

What you need

Firm with staff but fair and consistent
Matric, with a security management course a plus
At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
Available after hours for emergencies
