Event Security Steward (Stadium) – Immediate Start

You'll control who comes in and out of a private school campus in Midrand, and log every visitor properly. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

The site is in Midrand; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

• Hand out and collect contractor access cards
• Check visitors' IDs and capture them on the visitor app or in the gate register
• Patrol the perimeter on a set route and scan checkpoint tags
• Test the panic button and radio when you come on duty
• Watch for loitering, broken fencing and open doors during night patrols

• Speaks and writes basic English
• Clean criminal record
• Clear, neat handwriting for the OB and registers
• Alert, polite and firm with the public
• Grade 10 minimum; matric preferred

• Experience on estate access apps or biometric readers
• First-aid Level 1 certificate
• A Code 8 licence for vehicle patrols

• Paid night-shift allowance under the security sector rules
• Stable long-term site contracts
• Uniform, boots and winter jacket issued
• Chance to be upgraded to Grade B with training
