Job Description

Talking money and risk takes trust; at this funeral cover call centre in Durban Central you'll build it call by call. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

Location: Durban Central, KwaZulu-Natal. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

What you'll actually do

Visit clients at home or work for field advice appointments.
Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.
Do a needs analysis and match the client to the right product.
Keep your record of advice complete for compliance audits.
Save policies when clients call to cancel.
Call warm leads from the dialler and qualify them in the first minute.

You'll need

Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy
Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one
RE5 passed, or willing to write it within the first year
You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission
