Job Description

This snack and confectionery wholesaler needs a rep in Mbombela who knows the shops, the owners and the numbers. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

You'll report in Mbombela. Relocation is not covered for this one. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

The work, day to day

Track competitor pricing and new products in your area.
Visit 8 to 15 outlets a day on a planned call cycle.
Log kilometres and fuel slips for the monthly claim.
Send your manager a daily report with volumes against target.
Handle returns and credit claims for damaged stock.
Collect cash or EFT proof on van sales and bank daily.

Must-haves

Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting
You can work to daily and monthly volume targets
Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
