FMCG Sales Representative (Route Sales)

This pet food manufacturer needs a rep in Mokopane who knows the shops, the owners and the numbers. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

This post is Mokopane-based, with most of your time spent at a pet food manufacturer.

• Take orders from store managers and spaza owners on the sales app.
• Set up promotional displays and check planogram compliance with photos.
• Run in-store tastings and demos on month-end weekends.
• Visit 8 to 15 outlets a day on a planned call cycle.
• Send your manager a daily report with volumes against target.

• Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
• Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting
• Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
• 1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
• Matric
• You know the townships, suburbs and main roads of your area

• Existing relationships with independent retailers
• Your own reliable car for a car-allowance position

• Company vehicle or car allowance plus petrol card
• Product samples and staff pricing
• Cellphone and data allowance
