Front-of-House Service Consultant (Clinic)

You'll help walk-in customers at an insurance branch in Stellenbosch, face to face, all day. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

You'll be based at an insurance branch in Stellenbosch. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
• Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.
• Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
• Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.
• Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
• Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.

• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• Presentable and approachable with all kinds of customers
• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate

• A Customer Service NQF certificate
• RICA and cellular product knowledge
• Speaking the main local language of your area
