Front Office Shift Supervisor – Fixed-Term

Guests at this beach resort in Komani meet you first, so the stay starts at your desk. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

The work is in Komani, Eastern Cape, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

• Run the night audit, close the day and print the flash report.
• Book shuttles, dinner reservations and game drives for guests.
• Answer booking emails and calls, and quote rates from the rate sheet.
• Quote flights, car hire and holiday packages on a GDS such as Amadeus or Galileo.
• Balance your cash float and card slips before handover.

• You can work rotating shifts, including nights
• Confident on a computer and quick to learn a property system
• Matric
• A hospitality or tourism diploma, or 1 year at a hotel front desk

• Amadeus or Galileo training for travel roles
• Revenue or yield management exposure
