Job Description

Work under a registered pharmacist at a community retail pharmacy in Kuruman and keep the dispensary running smoothly. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

You'll report in Kuruman. Relocation is not covered for this one.

What your day looks like

Receive stock, check expiry dates and pack shelves first-expiry-first-out
Record cold-chain fridge temperatures twice a day
Help customers choose over-the-counter and front-shop products
Prepare monthly chronic packs for collection or courier delivery
Do cycle counts and flag stock discrepancies to the responsible pharmacist
Log Schedule 5 and 6 items in the register as they go out

What you need

Accurate with numbers and careful with labels
Matric with Maths or Maths Literacy
Friendly and clear at a busy counter
Understanding of medical aid claim codes and PMB chronic rules

Nice if you have

Wound care or family planning counselling short course
Experience in a courier or chronic medication pharmacy
