Job Description

You'll sell cover that families really use, from a medical gap cover broker in Montague Gardens. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

This post is Montague Gardens-based, with most of your time spent at a medical gap cover broker. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

What you'll actually do

Keep your record of advice complete for compliance audits.
Visit clients at home or work for field advice appointments.
Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.
Capture new policies on the admin system and check debit order details.
Save policies when clients call to cancel.
Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.

Must-haves

Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one
FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record
Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy
RE5 passed, or willing to write it within the first year

Helpful, not essential

An existing client book (for field roles)
Completed class of business training for short-term or long-term insurance
