Graduate Recruitment Coordinator

You'll find, screen and place the right people for an engineering consultancy in Fourways. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

Location: Fourways, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

• Give every shortlisted candidate feedback, including those who did not get the job.
• Source candidates through search, referrals and your own database.
• Write clear, honest job ads and post them on job boards and LinkedIn.
• Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters.
• Handle candidate data in line with POPIA, including consent and deletion.

• Confident on the phone with candidates and managers
• At least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing or recruitment admin
• Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases
• Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once
• Comfortable with targets for agency roles
• Honest about salaries, deadlines and outcomes

• A niche market such as IT, nursing or engineering
• An applicant tracking system such as Bullhorn or a similar ATS
• Knowledge of employment equity targets when shortlisting

• Clear growth path to senior consultant or team manager
• LinkedIn Recruiter licence provided
• Commission on placements for agency roles
• Hybrid working
