Graduate Recruitment Coordinator

This bank talent team in Randburg needs a recruiter who can read a CV fast and a person faster. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

This post is Randburg-based, with most of your time spent at a bank talent team. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Screen CVs and run phone interviews to check fit and salary expectations.
• Source candidates through search, referrals and your own database.
• Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters.
• Report on time-to-fill, pipeline and placement figures each week.
• Place temps on assignments and check timesheets under the Labour Relations Act rules for TES.
• Book interviews, assessments and background checks.

• Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases
• A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
• Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once
• At least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing or recruitment admin

• LinkedIn Recruiter licence provided
• Clear growth path to senior consultant or team manager
• Commission on placements for agency roles
• Hybrid working
