Job Description

Good content and clean data both matter at this online retail store in Durban Central. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

Location: Durban Central, KwaZulu-Natal. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

The work, day to day

Present a monthly results report with what to change next.
Set up and tweak Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns within budget.
Track leads, sales and cost per result in GA4 and ad dashboards.
Build email campaigns and segment lists on a CRM such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
Reply to comments and DMs, and pass sales enquiries to the right person.

Must-haves

Good written English with sharp proofreading
At least 2 years of hands-on social or digital marketing
A diploma or degree in marketing, communications or digital media
Comfortable juggling several deadlines in a week
A portfolio of campaigns, posts or sites you worked on

Helpful, not essential

WordPress or Shopify experience
Photography skills for product shoots
Basic video editing in CapCut or Premiere
