Guest Relations Officer (Resort) – Entry Level

Running the front desk of a beach resort in Springs means calm service and a clean shift balance. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

This post is Springs-based, with most of your time spent at a beach resort.

• Quote flights, car hire and holiday packages on a GDS such as Amadeus or Galileo.
• Book shuttles, dinner reservations and game drives for guests.
• Take card pre-authorisations and settle folios at checkout.
• Allocate rooms and pass early check-ins to housekeeping.
